Cold Permanent Neutralizer. The product contains hydrogen peroxide. Avoid contact with the eyes. If product gets into eyes, rinse with lukewarm water immediately. Use protective gloves. Keep out of reach of children.
  1. After using the permanent solution, wash thoroughly using plenty of water.
  2. One by one wet the rolls with BEL- FIX and leave them for 7 minutes (use double quantity for long hair).
  3. Remove the rolls and wet the hair with BEL- FIX and leave on for 3 minutes approximately.
  4. Rinse with plenty of water
