Main responsibilities:

• Development of products based on requested data.

• Contact with suppliers, market research and evaluation of raw materials.

• Conduct stability and compatibility testing for new products.

• Defining specifications and production instructions

• Participation in scale up and investigation of production issues.

• Monitoring of legislation in collaboration with the Regulatory department.

• Preparation of documents for Certifications and Product File.

Necessary qualifications:

• Degree in Chemistry or similar specialty.

• Postgraduate Degree in Cosmetology will be considered a critical qualification.

• 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry will be an additional evaluation criterion.

• Excellent knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of another language is a plus.

• Very good computer knowledge and handling.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Responsibility, organization and reliability.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Planning and managing all preventive maintenance tasks and emergency repairs.

• Supervising the electro-mechanical and building equipment.

• Optimizing technical and economic aspects of equipment and projects.

• Researching and identifying suitable partners/suppliers/contractors.

• Supervising and training the responsible team.

• Managing supplies and inventory.

• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.

• Creating team performance reports and proposing process optimization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

• Total of 10 years of experience in a maintenance department, with the last 5 years in a managerial position in the industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in computer usage. Knowledge of ERP and CMMS operating systems.

• Effective team and project management skills.

• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and initiative.

• Excellent communication skills, collaboration, and teamwork.

• Strong time management skills and adherence to schedules.

• Sense of responsibility, consistency, and integrity.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Participate in the planning process of the factory according to customer demand and inventory forecasts.
  • Update the schedule in the database (ERP).
  • Communicate the schedule to the production department managers and coordinate to ensure proper implementation.
  • Resolving problems that arise during the production process and liaising with the relevant departments to resolve them immediately.
  • Liaise with Purchasing to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials for the smooth execution of the production plan.
  • Maintain production reports, monitor production indicators, update relevant databases, and prepare reports for management.
  • Participate in the development and optimization of existing and new computerized production planning systems. (MPS, CRP, MRP, MRPII)
  • Mapping existing production planning processes and contributing to their optimization.


Candidate profile:

  • IEK/AEI/TEI degree (production engineering, supply chain management, business administration, etc.)
  • Computer skills and MS Office - excellent use of Excel
  • Good knowledge of ERP and MRP systems
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication skills - team player and collaborator
  • Methodical, multitasking, and being able to manage time and to work under pressure.
  • 2 years of working experience in relavant industrial environment
