What You Will Do Daily:
As an Operations Assistant, you will support the overall functioning of the company by undertaking administrative, financial, and commercial tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the business. Your role is multifaceted and involves data management, process support, and collaboration with various departments. This is a full-time position based at FARCOM’s headquarters in the industrial area of Eastern Thessaloniki.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Data Management:
Managing financial data and statistical reporting related to:
• Weekly & monthly inventory control and data analysis
• Entering inventory records into the ERP system
• Preparing statistical reports for ISO, sales, returns & major organizations
IT & Commercial Management:
Using the ERP system for data entry and processing related to:
• Updating commercial policies and discount structures
• Updating price lists & implementing price changes
• Managing product category classifications
Administrative Support & Procurement:
Supporting the company’s daily operations related to:
• Managing office supplies and consumables procurement
• Communicating with external partners and coordinating administrative tasks
• Organizing and maintaining relevant documents and records
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Required Skills:
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role with ERP system knowledge is desirable
• Excellent proficiency in Excel (MS Office)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Very good command of the English language
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in commercial management and sales analysis
• Understanding of business processes
• Familiarity with communication and technology systems
FARCOM S.A., a Greek cosmetics manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for full-time employment at its facilities in the Industrial Area of Thermi, Thessaloniki.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for corporate brands.
- Manage the company’s online presence (websites, social media) in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Create content (texts, concepts, presentations) for digital and print media.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and initiatives.
- Handle incoming communications via social media, email, and phone.
- Participate in projects such as events, sponsorships, and presentations, and support daily marketing operations.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a focus on Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent command of English and MS Office.
- Organizational skills, consistency, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
