SERI BLONDE EFFECTS hair bleaching powder is formulated to be used in all discoloration and lightening processes on natural or colored hair.

    Use the hair bleaching powder with FARCOM PROFESSIONAL CREAM DEVELOPER 3% - 10vol, 6% - 20vol & 9% - 30vol 

    Mixing ratio 1:1,5 & 1:2

    Mix 1 part of SERI BLONDE EFFECTS bleaching powder with 1 1/2 or 2 parts of CREAM DEVELOPER in a non-metallic bowl and apply to dry unwashed hair.

    Check a small section of hair regularly until you attain the desired result (maximum recommended processing time: 50 min.)

    Rinse off with lukewarm water and shampoo the hair with SERI EXPERTS ASSIST shampoo.
