Social Hair Salon Georgios Sarasidis

Farcom Professional proudly announces the renaming of the Social Hair Salon of the Municipality of Thessaloniki to "Georgios Sarasidis Social Hair Salon", in memory of the company's founder, Georgios Sarasidis. This decision comes as a tribute to the late founder of Farcom, who dedicated over 50 years to supporting the hairdressing community and overall contribution to society.

The Mayor of Thessaloniki, Stelios Angeloudis, together with the Deputy Mayor for Social Policy, Solidarity and Welfare, Efthimis Chatzitheoklitos, met on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at the Social Hair Salon, with Georgios Sarasidis family , his wife Loukia and his two children, Themis and Dimitris Sarasidis, current owners of Farcom, whom he warmly thanked for their social sensitivity and contribution.

The Georgios Sarasidis Social Hair Salon, located on Irinis Street and operated with volunteer hairdressers, has been staffed with a permanent employee since last August. As a result, it now has the capacity to serve 90 citizens per month, beneficiaries of the social structures of the municipality and people from vulnerable social groups.
